Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept credit cards (Visa , MasterCard, 3V) or debit cards for payment. All payments are processed securely using 128 bit encryption by Realex Payments or PayPal. We do not hold your card details on file.You can also order by phone and pay as per the above, and you can pay with a bank draft or postal order for any item.

International Credit Cards

For security reasons we are unable to accept payments from foreign-addressed credit cards. Should you wish to pay us for goods this will only be accepted by legitimate bank transfer (BACS, IBAN or SWIFT). You will be sent a pro-forma invoice to cover the purchase cost and/or shipping and packing costs of the goods to your chosen location, along with our IBAN bank details. Goods will be dispatched on reciept of full payment. We do not offer returns or refunds for overseas orders.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. In addition please be aware of the following: Ecostore.ie is happy to accept any product return as long as it is in its original condition and packaging and is re-saleable. Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition. The cost of returning the goods to Ecostore.ie shall be borne by the customer. If you wish our courier can collect from you, at an extra cost of EUR€15 per 30kg parcel.

Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged customers are requested to do the following:

  1. Fully inspect goods on arrival
  2. Report damage to the driver and sign the delivery docket "goods unchecked or damaged"
  3. Call our office to report same without delay
  4. Our customer services team will lodge a claim with our carrier

We are unable to entertain claims for damaged goods unless the above procedure is followed.You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. faulty product, or incorrectly shipped). If we agree to provide you with a refund we will instruct our bank to credit your credit or debit card within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Special Orders

Unless damaged on delivery, products ordered by special arrangement or to special specifications for customers cannot be cancelled or returned.

Restocking Charge

We reserve the right to charge a 30% re-stocking charge for products returned to us for refund.

Returning Items by Post

Please complete our returns authorisation form and return your goods to the address on our contact page.

Remittance Terms

All payments to be made at the time of order. We do not offer credit.
